Roof Replacement

Sunny Roofing & Gutters has completed thousands of complete roof replacements through Colorado. In a roof replacement the entire existing roof is removed and the roof is replaced with compatible products per client/owner choice.

Coatings

Coatings are generally applied on metal and flat roofing surfaces. This is done to prevent additional wear and tear or as a preventative maintenance measure. Coatings are not typically used on residential roofing projects.

Repairs

Sunny Roofing & Gutters can complete repairs on both residential and commercial projects. Generally repairs are billed through the time and material contracts. Minimum repair charge is $200.00 and warranty coverage is typically no more than 1 year from date of completion.

Gutters

Sunny Roofing & Gutters has it’s own in house gutter truck and gutter crew. Standard gutter installation includes 5” seamless gutter and 2×3 downspouts. Sunny Roofing & Gutters has the capability of completing custom gutter projects upon request.

Siding

Sunny Roofing & Gutters installs vinyl, steel, hardyboard, and custom metal siding. Sunny Roofing & Gutters completes both residential and commercial siding projects and is capable of assisting client in design and completing the installation of custom siding projects.

Windows

Sunny Roofing & Gutters installs windows and doors manufactured by Alside. Alside is an established building manufacturer who custom fabricates all orders per the needs of each individual client. Alside’s workmanship warranty can not be matched in today’s industry.
